Our workouts are fun, challenging and effective, always run by Professional and Certified Personal Trainers.  Our specialized 30-minute workouts are created using cardio and strength training for all fitness levels.

Our personal trainers care about all our clients and we will modify according to your fitness level, whatever that may be.  So, whether you’ve never worked out before or are a fitness guru, our classes are for you.

HOW MANY DAYS YOU RECOMMEND YOUR CLIENTS TO COME IN?

When starting off with our program, we recommend to come in 3-4 days a week. After a few weeks you can bump that up to 4-6 days a week.

WHO ARE YOUR BOOT CAMP SESSIONS FOR?

Women and Men from any fitness level can participate. 

Everyone is welcome here at Fit In 30 South Brunswick!

WHAT KIND OF RESULTS CAN I EXPECT?

You will start to feel different within the first 48 hours and will notice physical changes within the first week.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO BOOT CAMP?​

Bring comfortable workout clothes, clean shoes, water and a lot of will to do the work.

WHAT IF I HAVE A SPECIFIC INJURY (I.E. BAD KNEES OR BACK) OR CAN'T PERFORM A CERTAIN EXERCISE?

Our coaches will modify a workout for you if you can not perform a specific exercise. Before joining our program check with your doctor to ensure your safety as we do not give any medical advice.

I haven't exercised in a long time. Can I still participate?

Yes, you certainly can.

Our passionate personal trainers will ensure you can complete the program and get amazing results regardless of your current fitness abilities.
